When it comes to air conditioner installation, there are a few key considerations to keep in mind:

1. The hole left on the wall for the air conditioning refrigerant pipe is typically 80mm in diameter. For wall-mounted units, the center of the hole is generally 2.2m or 2.3m from the ground, while for cabinet units, it is 0.2m or 0.3m from the ground.

2. To ensure convenient installation of the outdoor unit and achieve optimal ventilation and cooling, there should be a clearance of at least 100mm on both sides of the air conditioner. The back should have an air inlet distance of no less than 150mm from the wall, and the front should have an air outlet distance of no less than 100mm from the louver.

3. Air conditioners of the same brand and cooling capacity may have different model series. Generally, the outdoor unit size of a dual-use cold and warm type is larger than that of a single-cooling type, while the outdoor unit of a frequency conversion unit is larger than that of a constant-frequency unit.

Regarding the typical dimensions of outdoor units for household air conditioning:

1. 1P outdoor unit size (width x depth x height): 848 x 540 x 320mm
2. 1.5P outdoor unit size (width x height x depth): 848 x 540 x 320mm
3. 3P air conditioning outdoor unit (width x height x depth): 900 x 750 x 330mm

It's important to note that 3P units cannot be installed with 5P air conditioning.
